As part of the Induction Program for the First-Year B.E. students, KS Institute of Technology organized an engaging session on "Communication Through the Lens of the Indian Constitution", delivered by Ms. Anuradha M. V. The session highlighted the vital role of effective communication in upholding the values and principles enshrined in the Constitution of India. Students were encouraged to develop responsible, respectful, and ethical communication skills while appreciating the importance of fundamental rights, duties, equality, and mutual respect. Through interactive discussions and practical examples, the session inspired students to become confident communicators and responsible citizens committed to constitutional values.

The Student Induction Program was organized with the objective of helping students understand the importance of technology, innovation, research, and professional development. The session provided students with an opportunity to interact with an experienced academician and researcher, Dr. Surekha Borra. importance of Research and innovation,Developing technical and professional skills,Exploring opportunities in the technology industry,Continuous learning and upgrading skills.
The session encouraged students to think creatively, develop their technical knowledge, and understand the importance of research and innovation in their careers.
Outcome of the Program
The induction program was highly informative and inspiring. Students gained awareness about research opportunities, and the skills required to succeed in the modern technology-driven world.The session motivated students to focus on continuous learning, innovation, practical knowledge, and professional development.

As part of the Student Induction Programme at KS Institute of Technology, Pankaja Radha Devi Dasi from ISKCON delivered an inspiring talk on “Happiness.” The session offered students valuable insights into the true meaning of happiness and emphasised the importance of inner peace, positive values, gratitude, and a purposeful approach to life. Drawing from spiritual wisdom and practical perspectives, she encouraged students to look beyond temporary pleasures and cultivate lasting happiness through meaningful choices and positive living.

As a part of the Induction Program for First-Year B.E. Students, KSIT organized a session on “Drug-Free India Pledge” on 11th August 2026. The session was conducted by B K Megha Deep, who sensitized the students about the harmful effects of drug and substance abuse on physical health, mental well-being, academic performance, relationships, and society.

The resource person emphasized the importance of making responsible choices and developing a healthy and disciplined lifestyle. Students were encouraged to stay away from drugs and other addictive substances and to understand their role in creating a drug-free society. The session also highlighted the importance of positive thinking, self-discipline, awareness, and seeking appropriate support when facing challenges.

As part of the program, the students actively participated in the Drug-Free India Pledge, committing themselves to staying away from drugs and contributing towards building a healthier, safer, and drug-free nation.

The session was informative and meaningful, leaving students with a strong message about personal responsibility and their contribution to creating a Drug-Free India.

He introduced students to various technology areas such as Java, Full-Stack Development, Data Structures and Algorithms, coding practices, and problem-solving skills.Students actively participated and gained valuable insights into current industry requirements and future career opportunities.

The sessions provided our students with a clear understanding of leadership, team building and communicative skills form the cornerstone of professional success. The practical strategies, inspiring anecdotes, and interactive approach .Speaker shared equipped our young learners with confidence by activities and a vision of how effective mind skills can transform their academic journey and future careers. Where communication is the key to pass ideal or information from one person to another, having contact and communicating to the point is important taking place, how well should students prepared for that Self-confidence.

As part of the IDT (Innovation, Design and Thinking) Induction Programme, Mr. Abhishek conducted an interactive session that began with engaging activities to enhance students' concentration and participation. He introduced the students to the concept and importance of IDT, emphasizing creativity, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving in engineering education. The students actively participated throughout the session, making it highly informative, interactive, and motivating.
