Dr. S Rohit Raj introduced the guest and welcomed the gathering at the beginning of the program.
Shri Sanjay Kulkarni, the Chief Guest, addressed the students and spoke about the future opportunities for Data Center Management Engineers, encouraging students to develop skils in this rapidly growing field.

We were delighted to host Mr. Mamoru Mizoguchi, Mr. Sabu, and Mr. Preetham from *Kimura Foundry India (KFI) , the Indian subsidiary of Kimura Foundry Japan*, along with Shri. Sadanand Humbarwadi (Belgaum Foundry Cluster), at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, JCE Belagavi.
The visit focused on Industry–Institute Interaction, the discussions involving our Principal & Director Dr. J. Shivakumar , Dr. B. V. Hubballi HoD, Dr. Ratan Patil Dean – Internship & Skill, and also interacted with faculty members, and students.

The one-week Faculty Development Program on “Empowering Faculty for Start-up & Entrepreneurial Ecosystem” was inaugurated with an address by the Principal, who emphasized the relevance of entrepreneurship and innovation in today’s academic and professional landscape.

Dr. Sanjeev Sangami, Dean – Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Consultancy, was one of the key speakers and extended constant support in organizing the FDP. Dr. Mithun B.M., Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, played a vital role through his encouragement and guidance, without which the program would not have been possible.

The resource person for the day, Mr. Mallikarjun Kullolli, conducted an engaging and hands-on session, where participants were assigned practical projects and activities to identify real-world problems and develop innovative ideas.
