🌱 Empowering Young Minds Through Career Guidance 🌱
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the Department of MBA, KLS Gogte Institute of Technology (KLS GIT), Belagavi, conducted a career guidance and counselling session titled “Modern Career Wayfinding – Technical and Behavioural Mapping for Career Success” for the students of Standard X at St. Mary’s High School, Camp, Belagavi.
The session was conducted by Dr. Ameet Chate Faculty, Department of MBA, KLS GIT, with the objective of helping students make informed and confident career choices at an important stage of their academic journey.
The programme focused on self-assessment, identifying individual strengths and interests, exploring diverse career pathways, and understanding emerging career opportunities. Students were encouraged to look beyond conventional choices and recognise the importance of adaptability, new-age skills, learning orientation and behavioural competencies in shaping successful careers.
The interactive session helped students gain greater clarity about their strengths and aspirations while broadening their awareness of evolving career opportunities.
