8 सितंबर 2026 के अवसर पर रीना मेहता महाविद्यालय में " हिंदी दिवस" मनाया गया। ११ वीं और १२ वीं के लिए स्वरचित कविता पाठ , दोहे और हिंदी निबंध प्रतियोगिता जैसी विविध प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया गया था । छात्रोंने बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित हो इसे सफल बनाया। विजई हुए विद्यार्थियों को प्रथम, द्वितीय और तृतीय पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया ।इस प्रकार से रीना मेहता महाविद्यालय में जोर-शोर जोर शोर उत्साह के साथ छात्रों और शिक्षिकाओं के माध्यम से हिंदी दिवस कार्यक्रम संपन्न हुआ। ।

World Su***de Prevention Day seminar was conducted on 11th September 2026 at the Reena Mehta Junior College Auditorium with the aim of creating awareness among students about mental health, stress management, and su***de prevention.

As part of the programme, students were shown an informative video related to su***de prevention, which provided valuable information on handling stress, forgiving, letting go of the past, and moving forward in life with hope and positivity. The teacher further guided the students on effective ways to manage stress and emotional challenges.

The session created an atmosphere of awareness, empathy, and positivity, encouraging students to value their lives, seek support when needed, and face challenges with courage and hope.

A seminar on “Stress Management” was conducted by Dr. Vibha Shrivastava on 9th September 2026. The seminar focused on the causes and effects of stress and the importance of maintaining good mental and emotional well-being.

The speaker discussed simple ways to manage stress, such as deep breathing, meditation, exercise, proper sleep, positive thinking and effective time management. The seminar was informative and interactive, and the participants gained useful knowledge about handling stress in a healthy manner.

The seminar concluded with the message that managing stress effectively helps us lead a healthier, happier and balanced life.
