Academic requirements for the diploma courses is either 10th or 12th or vocational courses or ITI passed . ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਕਲ ਦੇ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਜੜ੍ਹੋਂ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਬੋਰਡ (ਪੀਐਸਬੀਟੀਈ ਤੇ ਆਈਟੀ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਕਲ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਅਪਣਾਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੁਣ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਹੇਠ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।....
Technical Education & Industrial Training Minister Harjot Singh Bains said that to ensure zero tolerance towards copying/cheating during examination, the Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training (PSBTE & IT) is adopting strict anti-copying policies in examinations. Now, it has been made mandatory in the institutes to conduct the examination under CCTV surveillance.
