The Students Activities Council presents *Mic Drop*, an event designed to keep the essence of "Co-curricular activities in college life" entact. Also it is going to provide a platform to the talented students, to showcase their talents.

*In this event you will have to do the following:*

1. Register through the below Google form(last day to register is 02/05/2021)

2. Make a short video of maximum length 2 minutes showcasing your talent. One student can only submit one video.

3. As it is an open mic event so you are allowed to do anything of your choice like Poetry, Mimicry, Singing, Stand-ups etc.

4. Once you have made your video you need to upload it or send it to us before 05/05/2021.

5. The videos will be analysed carefully and then there will be an Online result declaration ceremony on 08/05/2021.

6. The winners will be given Certificates and Prizes.

So, start making the video and be a part of this competition.

The Student Activity Council (SAC) at Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad organized "Prastuti" – An Online Presentation Competition exclusively for the First and Second Year Students on the topic — "Recent Technology and Upgradations".

It was an in-house event on the virtual platform Google Meet on10th April 2021, and the Council received an overwhelming response in terms of students' participation.

Prof. Pallavi Dixit and Dr. Shaheen Saulat judged the students on various parameters such as communication, language & grammar used, visual presentation and its delivery, knowledge on the topic, etc.

Among the participating teams top three winners were declared:

1st Position was grabbed by Mr. Jagdeep Pandey and his team from the SISTec-Ratibad Department of Computer Science & Engineering, and their topic was Brain Control Car for Specially Abled using Artificial Intelligence.

The 2nd Position was secured by Mr. Hariom Mewada and his team from the SISTec Ratibad Department Of Mechanical Engineering, and their topic was Space Debris

The 3rd Position was retained by Mr. Ravish Kumar and his team from the SISTec-Ratibad Department of Computer Science & Engineering, and their topic was Block-Chain Technology.

Womanhood is not for a Day, It’s a celebration for life..."

International Women’s Day was celebrated at Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad today with great delight.

The Student Activity Council also organized a celebratory event. The students displayed an array of talent on-stage. A skit was presented on the theme of women empowerment that grabbed the attention of all present. Few singing performances were also presented by the students and a short video on Women's Rights was displayed.

Prof. Ashish Singhal (Head of SISTec Ratibad Department of Electrical Engineering) and Prof. Ksh*tij Yugbodh (Head of SISTec Ratibad Department Of Mechanical Engineering) addressed the gathering on the importance of Women in a person's life. In their words, though Women's Day is celebrated one day in a year, one should treat women with utmost respect all year round.

In this event, the students divided themselves into teams of three and were given a questionnaire based on the college campus. The students needed to venture into different parts of the college to uncover the answers. The fastest team with the most correct answers will be declared as the winner.

Mr. Adil Mansuri (SAC President) and Ms. Preeti Kumari (SAC Vice-President), under the guidance of Dr. Sfurti Verma, coordinated this event. Ms. Priti welcomed the Heads of the Departments and participants for this event and explained the rules. The participants, upon the wave of the flag, rushed against time to complete the event as fast as they can. Mr. Vinayak Acharya concluded the event by declaring the winning team followed by a group photograph.
