The Student Bar Association (SBA), National Law Institute University, Bhopal, expresses its unwavering solidarity with the students of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University in their peaceful pursuit of accountability, transparency, and student welfare.
We are deeply concerned by the issues raised by the RMLNLU student community, particularly those relating to the reported uncertainty surrounding BCI approval, the impact on students' professional futures, inadequate hostel and campus facilities, and the need for greater institutional transparency and dialogue. These concerns directly affect the academic and professional interests of law students and deserve prompt, fair, and meaningful consideration.
As members of the legal fraternity, we believe that students should never be made to bear the consequences of administrative lapses. Institutions of legal education must uphold the principles of accountability, good governance, and respect for student voices.
We commend the RMLNLU student community for engaging through peaceful and democratic means and urge the University administration and all relevant authorities to resolve these issues through constructive dialogue at the earliest, safeguarding the interests and future of every student.
The Student Bar Association, NLIU, reaffirms its commitment to constitutional values, the rule of law, and solidarity among law students across the country.
