Keeping the holistic development of its students in view, Jagran School of Languages and Social Sciences organised a session on the power of small habits.

The session was conducted on 27th April 2026 under the guidance of Dr. Deepika Jain, Assistant Professor, Psychology. The session focused on introducing the significance of small, everyday habits and their powerful influence on mental well- being, overall lifestyle, and how consistency plays a crucial role in personal development where even minor positive changes, when practiced regularly, can lead to significant long-term outcomes. Active student participation was encouraged throughout the session, and students were invited to share about and reflect upon their own daily habits.

Interactive exercises helped the students to gain clarity in distinguishing between healthy and unhealthy habits, fostering self-awareness and introspection. To make the session more engaging, students were assigned a creative activity in which they had to illustrate a habit. The tasks encouraged collaboration, creativity, imagination, and critical thinking, making the learning experience both meaningful and enjoyable.

At Jagran Lakecity University, we prioritise well-being and this session is another testament to that commitment.
