Career Awareness Programme – MCEE - MIM Bhopal

Today, a highly impactful Career Awareness Programme on the theme “Career Decisions: Choose the Direction of Your Future” was organized at Maharishi Centre for Educational Excellence, Bhopal.

The Resource Person, CS Payal Popli (ICSI), provided detailed guidance to students on career decision-making, future planning, skill development, and identifying opportunities. She also explained the Company Secretary (CS) course and the complete CS Exam structure (CSEET, Executive, Professional). She highlighted that the CS profession offers excellent career opportunities in corporate sectors such as Compliance, Legal Advisory, Governance, and Secretarial Practice.

The programme was organized by the Commerce Department, with valuable support from HOD Mr. Manish Pardeshi and Mr. Rama Shankar Sharma.

The event was successfully conducted under the guidance of the Director, Dr. Girbal Singh Lodhi.
Students participated enthusiastically and gained meaningful insights and inspiration from the session.

महर्षि सेंटर फॉर एजुकेशनल एक्सीलेंस द्वारा 28 नवंबर 2025 को Four-Year Integrated B.A. B.Ed. छात्रों के लिए एक-दिवसीय शैक्षणिक भ्रमण का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें उन्हें इंदिरा गांधी मानव संग्रहालय, श्यामला हिल्स, भोपाल ले जाया गया। इस भ्रमण का मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को व्यावहारिक और शैक्षणिक अनुभव प्रदान करना और उन्हें प्राचीन संस्कृति और धरोहर से जोड़ना था।

इंदिरा गांधी मानव संग्रहालय, भोपाल विद्यार्थियों के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण शैक्षणिक स्थल है, जो उन्हें भारतीय मानव सभ्यता, सांस्कृतिक विविधता और सामाजिक जीवन के बारे में समझ प्रदान करता है। इसके मुख्य प्रदर्शनियों में आदिवासी घरों के जीवन-आकार मॉडल, विभिन्न जनजातियों के पारंपरिक वस्त्र और आभूषण, कृषि उपकरण और प्राचीन तकनीक, लोक कला और शिल्प, तथा त्योहार, विवाह और लोक नृत्य जैसी सामाजिक परंपराएँ शामिल हैं। इन कलाकृतियों के माध्यम से विद्यार्थी न केवल इतिहास और संस्कृति को समझते हैं बल्कि रचनात्मक रूप से सीखते हैं और समाज के विविध पहलुओं का व्यावहारिक अनुभव प्राप्त करते हैं। यह संग्रहालय शिक्षा को केवल पुस्तकों तक सीमित न रखकर वास्तविक जीवन के अनुभव से जोड़ता है।

The Mahrishi Centre For Educational Excellence organized a Two-Days Financial Education Training Program on November 19 and 20, 2025, the topic was “Financial Education Fuels Financial Literacy, which enables an Inclusive Financial System”,
The resource person for this event was Mrs. Shruti Gupta in collaboration with the National Institutes of Securities Markets (NISM).
The aim of this program is to foster a culture of saving and investment among the youth, as well as to equip them for career opportunities in the Financial Services sector. This program also enhances financial literacy and contribution to a more inclusive and robust financial system.
A key feature of the training program was the understanding that money influences every aspect of our lives; without financial literacy, our financial decisions and actions are built on a weak foundation for success. Whether it is saving for a comic book or planning for retirement, effective money management is essential for financial well-being.
Mrs. Gupta strives to develop fundamental financial skills in individuals from diverse backgrounds, including students, young investors, working professionals, and retirees. Additionally, she emphasized the importance of capacity-building support for SEBI's initiative in promoting financial and investor education.

महर्षि सेंटर फॉर एजुकेशनल एक्सीलेंस ने 19 और 20 नवंबर, 2025 को दो दिन का फाइनेंशियल एजुकेशन ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम ऑर्गनाइज़ किया, जिसका टॉपिक था “फाइनेंशियल एजुकेशन फाइनेंशियल लिटरेसी को बढ़ावा देती है, जिससे एक इनक्लूसिव फाइनेंशियल सिस्टम बनता है”।

इस इवेंट के लिए रिसोर्स पर्सन मिसेज श्रुति गुप्ता थीं, जिन्हें नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट्स ऑफ सिक्योरिटीज मार्केट्स (NISM) के साथ मिलकर काम करने के लिए बुलाया गया था।

इस प्रोग्राम का मकसद युवाओं में बचत और इन्वेस्टमेंट का कल्चर बढ़ाना है, साथ ही उन्हें फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज़ सेक्टर में करियर के मौकों के लिए तैयार करना है। यह प्रोग्राम फाइनेंशियल लिटरेसी को भी बढ़ाता है और एक ज़्यादा इनक्लूसिव और मज़बूत फाइनेंशियल सिस्टम में योगदान देता है।

ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम की एक खास बात यह समझ थी कि पैसा हमारी ज़िंदगी के हर पहलू पर असर डालता है; फाइनेंशियल लिटरेसी के बिना, हमारे फाइनेंशियल फैसले और काम सफलता की कमज़ोर नींव पर बने होते हैं। चाहे कॉमिक बुक के लिए बचत करना हो या रिटायरमेंट की प्लानिंग, फाइनेंशियल सेहत के लिए असरदार मनी मैनेजमेंट ज़रूरी है।

मिसेज गुप्ता अलग-अलग बैकग्राउंड के लोगों में बेसिक फाइनेंशियल स्किल्स डेवलप करने की कोशिश करती हैं, जिसमें स्टूडेंट्स, युवा इन्वेस्टर्स, वर्किंग प्रोफेशनल्स और रिटायर्ड लोग शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा, उन्होंने फाइनेंशियल और इन्वेस्टर एजुकेशन को बढ़ावा देने में SEBI की पहल के लिए कैपेसिटी-बिल्डिंग सपोर्ट के महत्व पर ज़ोर दिया।
