The School of Mechanical Engineering, KIIT, deems it a university, congratulating Dr. Babuli Chandra Kar on the successful completion of his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering under the supervision of Dr. Sambit Kumar Mohapatra and Dr. Pushkar Jha.

His doctoral research, titled “Development and Characterization of Aluminum-Based Hybrid Composites under Conventional and Equal Channel Angular Processing,” contributes to advancements in materials research and engineering.

⚡ Meet “PINAKA”—The Pride of Skyline Racing!

The team’s electric race car, Pinaka, is a testament to cutting-edge engineering and technological excellence. Featuring a lightweight aerodynamic design, a 3 kW motor, a self-designed lithium-ion battery pack, and an advanced thermal management system, the car boasts a top speed of 100 km/h and a range of 120 km. With high-voltage safety features and an ergonomically designed cockpit, Pinaka reflects the team’s commitment to performance, safety, and innovation.
