XIM Alumni committee congratulates Satyajeet Singh on being appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Apollo Hospitals.

Satyajeet brings a strong track record in strategic HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee management, statutory compliance and end-to-end HR operations. His healthcare HR journey includes leadership roles at Padmini Care, Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital, HCG Hospitals Ahmedabad, Narendra Mohan Hospital, Techmed Healthcare and Hemalata Hospitals & Research Centre, among others.

We are very proud to see our alumni making their mark in the healthcare sector. This achievement has set a great example and we hope that it inspires many! Wishing Satyajeet continued success in this new and exciting chapter!

XIM Alumni Committee is extremely happy to share that two of our prestigious alumni, Ayaskant Sarangi, CHRO at Mphasis Limited (Batch of 1996-1998) and Satyadeep Mishra, CHRO at R Systems (Batch of 1997-1999), have been chosen to be among the Top 25 CHRO’s of India by TechDogs! They have been recognized under the HR & Culture Leadership category at the Lead The Pack Awards 2026 - India Edition, which awarded visionary leaders who went beyond traditional HR management - pioneering modern talent strategies, harnessing AI driven insights, fostering inclusive cultures, and building resilient teams.

With extensive experience in global talent acquisition, HR strategy, analytics, employer branding, campus and lateral hiring, and stakeholder management, Mr. Patnaik has built a distinguished career in the HR and talent domain.

Prior to Syneos Health, he held senior HR and talent acquisition roles at Indegene, Everest Group, TDCX, and Deloitte India, where he led global recruitment, people advisory, talent strategy, campus hiring, and high-performing recruitment teams across diverse geographies.

With extensive experience in strategic account management, business development, client relationships, and enterprise business, Mr. Choudhury has built a remarkable career across leading organisations.

Prior to Mphasis, he spent around seven years with Capgemini, managing strategic portfolios across India and Malaysia. Earlier, he gained experience at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP and began his professional journey with Infosys.
