Hi - Tech Medical College & Hospital Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital (HMCH) is a private, non-profit, self-financing medical institution based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

It is the first private medical college in Odisha established in 2005 under Utkal University and recognized by MCI. Hi Tech Medical College & Hospitals was established under the great vision of Dr. Tirupati Panigrahi, founder of VIGYAN BHARATI CHARITABLE TRUST on 26th September 2002 with the sole objective of establishing Medical Colleges and hospitals group.

Our Heart 💓 Team led by Dr. P.K. Dash performed a Balloon Aortic Vulvotomy today in a child of 8-years-old with severe Aortic Stenosis, with Left ventricular dysfunction. This is a first time case in Odisha. There was immediate improvement of clinical and cath parameters. Earlier Pulmonary & Mitral Vulvotomy was done, nobody was daring for Aortic valve. It is our another success.
