KIIT School of Management - KSOM's strong industry ecosystem continues to drive excellent placement outcomes.

Over 190 recruiters, including 68 new recruiters, visited our campus for 2024 – 26 Batch, offering opportunities across technology, consulting, banking, FMCG, healthcare, e-commerce, hospitality, and more. The highest package offered was ₹20 LPA, while the average package was ₹9.5 LPA.

With a focus on holistic development and emerging domains such as AI and Machine Learning, KSOM equips students with the skills to excel in the corporate world and become future-ready leaders.

KIIT School of Management - KSOM hosted the 25th Anniversary Alumni Reunion of the 1999–2001 Batch on 15th August 2026, bringing alumni together to celebrate their shared journey, reconnect with old friends, and renew their bond with their alma mater.

Prof. Ayushi Raichoudhury, FIC – Alumni Relations, welcomed the alumni and highlighted the importance of a strong and connected alumni network. Prof. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM spoke about the significance of alumni engagement in strengthening KSOM’s legacy and fostering a vibrant alumni community. Alumni also shared their cherished memories and experiences.

The reunion was further enriched by the gracious presence of our Hon’ble Founder, Prof. (Dr.) Achyuta Samanta.

The celebration concluded on a warm and nostalgic note, with alumni reconnecting, reminiscing, and creating new memories. KSOM looks forward to strengthening its bond with alumni across batches and building a stronger KSOM–KIIT alumni community.

Proud to share that Ms. Sweta Singh, Assistant Professor – HRM/OB, KIIT School of Management - KSOM, presented her research paper, “Organizational Routines and Climate Change Attitudes: Evidence from Eco-Based Tourism,” at the prestigious 86th Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting held in Philadelphia, USA, from July 31 to August 4, 2026.

The research explores how organizational routines can shape and embed climate change attitudes within organizations, with insights drawn from the eco-tourism sector. The study highlights how everyday organizational practices, routines, and collective behaviours can contribute to climate change adaptation and sustainability.

Presenting at one of the world’s leading management conferences provided a valuable platform to engage with global scholars from across the globe, exchange ideas, and contribute to meaningful academic conversations on sustainability, organizational behaviour, and climate change.

KIIT School of Management - KSOM welcomes the BBA 2026–30 batch to campus, marking the beginning of an exciting journey of learning, growth, and endless possibilities.

The inaugural ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp and an inspiring address by Prof. (Dr.) Achyuta Samanta, Hon’ble Founder, KIIT, KISS & KIMS.

The ceremony also featured insightful addresses by Prof. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM; Prof. Jnyana Ranjan Mohanty, Registrar, KIIT-DU; and Prof. Saranjit Singh, Vice-Chancellor, KIIT-DU.

The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Prof. P.R. Sahoo, Dean – BBA, KSOM.
