Learning Culture the Fun Way! | Outbound Learning for Rural Management Students
What if learning about the workplace didn’t happen inside a classroom—but through games, challenges, nature, laughter, teamwork, and shared experiences?
KIIT Kareer School organised a full-day Outbound Training (OBT) Programme for Rural Management students at a scenic agri-resort, designed to build corporate readiness through experiential learning.
Students participated in engaging activities like Blind Treasure Hunt, Pass Me On Thought, and Balloon Pass, developing key workplace skills such as trust, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, focus, mindfulness, and collaboration.
With expert guidance from Madam Smita Kanungo, each activity was connected to real-world workplace behaviours and organizational culture.
Beyond learning, the day was filled with nature, laughter, good food, and stronger peer connections—proving that sometimes, the best learning happens when we step outside the classroom, experience, participate, and grow together.
