School of Human Resource Management organized a faculty development program on the theme 'Brain Rewiring Techniques: Innovation and Productivity in Teaching and Research' on May 6th, 2024, for all faculty of XIM University. The FDP was facilitated by Mr. Amit Garg, Chief Enabling Officer, Kushalta Private Limited, and Mr. Sourav Mohanty, Consultant, Kushalta Private Limited, and was attended by 41 faculty members from across various schools of the University. The workshop provided a unique learning opportunity by exposing the audience to a series of techniques to remove brain blockages in order to surpass self-limiting beliefs and bring more positivity into life and work. The FDP was coordinated by Dr. Mousumi Padhi, Associate Dean, School of Human Resource Management, XIM University, and Dr. Subhra Pattnaik, Associate Professor, School of Human Resource Management, XIM University. It was inaugurated by Dr. Andrew Dutta, Dean, School of Human Resource Management, XIM University. The valedictory speech was delivered by Fr. Antony R. Uvari, S.J., the respected Vice-Chancellor, XIM University.
