🎓 Inaugural Ceremony | Two-Week FDP on AI & ML Applications in Core Engineering

The inaugural ceremony of the Two-Week Faculty Development Programme on “AI & ML Applications in Core Engineering” was held on 1st October 2026 at CUTM, Paralakhemundi Campus.

Jointly organized by NIT Patna and the Departments of ECE & EEE, CUTM, Paralakhemundi, with the support of MeitY, Government of India, the FDP aims to promote AI- and ML-driven innovations in core engineering.

🌾 From Green Revolution to Evergreen Revolution 🌱

The M. S. Swaminathan School of Agriculture, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Paralakhemundi, commemorated the 3rd death anniversary of Bharat Ratna Prof. M. S. Swaminathan, the Father of India’s Green Revolution, on 28 September 2026.

The programme honoured his enduring legacy through floral tributes, a two-minute silence, insightful addresses and reflections on his life and pioneering contributions to agriculture, food security and farmers’ welfare.

Students and faculty reaffirmed their commitment to sustainable agriculture through the Evergreen Pledge. Prize distribution for the essay and quiz competitions encouraged students to explore his vision and carry it forward.
