The first judge for our sales pitch battle is none other than Ms. Shefali Vijaywargiya, the Brand Manager at GCMMF Ltd. and handling Amul Kool, The largest dairy beverage brand of Asia with a turnover of 1000 Cr. “Do you have a sales story to share? We heard you! Here’s a treat for the entrepreneurial spirit within you.

To break the monotony of the daily schedule, E-Cell IIIT Bhubaneswar, in collaboration with Startup Grind, Bhubaneswar, is here with an awe-inspiring sales pitch event “Sell it”.

The event consists of two rounds, the first being the debate where the participants use their sales skills to stand out in the battle of proving why their product is the best. The products given will be based on the same criteria. In the case of group participation, only 1 of them will represent the entire team in the first round.

The second round is a sales pitch for the shortlisted participants. They will have to sell a product given to them 48 hours before the event. This has to be done within a stipulated time.

At the end of both rounds, exciting offers are on the way to the winner!

The event is scheduled for June, from the 19th to the 27th.

The E-Cell, IIIT Bhubaneswar, in collaboration with Startup Grind Bhubaneshwar, is elated to announce that we have organized an upcoming Virtual Fireside Chat with Pauline Laravoire, the CEO and Co-founder of Y-East, Youth For Sustainability India Alliance, and Community Engagement Manager.
Having her roots in Paris where she spent 25 years of her life, she holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability and Social Innovation from the prestigious HEC Paris business school and has built her prowess in strategy counseling, social entrepreneurship, and impact assessment studies.
Also, she is the co-founder of AQWA, a non-profit organization that supports public institutions and NGOs through social impact studies. In 2018, She enrolled at Techno India Group as Sustainability Director, Kolkata. She has created more learning and professional openings for students in the sustainability sector, through her network-based venture Y-East and .
