SBIF LEAP: GramPro Awareness Campaign organised in Gayaji

On 24 September 2026 Incubation Centre IIT Patna (IC IIT Patna) organized the SBIF–LEAP: GramPro Awareness Campaign & Mobilisation Programme at the Belaganj Training and Learning Centre of JEEViKA in Gayaji, bringing together 120+ micro-enterprises and entrepreneurs to learn about the GramPro initiative and explore opportunities for business growth and support.

The programme commenced with participant registration, followed by an introduction to IC IIT Patna and felicitation of the guest. The event featured addresses by Mr. Achreya Mamat, District Project Manager (DPM), JEEViKA, Gayaji, and Ms. Vaishnavi Shikha, Assistant Manager, SBI Foundation.

Dr. Pramod Kumar Tiwari, Professor In-Charge & Secretary, IC IIT Patna, delivered the keynote address, highlighting the importance of strengthening grassroots entrepreneurship and creating opportunities for enterprise development.

A detailed session on the SBIF LEAP–GramPro Project was conducted by Mrs. Deepti Anand from Incubation Centre IIT Patna, followed by a business diagnostics and Q&A session. The interactive session gave participants an opportunity to understand the initiative and discuss their business challenges, support requirements and growth opportunities.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Kumar Siddharth Singh, followed by refreshments and networking among participants.

Incubation Centre IIT Patna (IC IIT Patna), in collaboration with ICAR-National Research Centre on Litchi (ICAR-NRCL), Muzaffarpur, organized an awareness and mobilization programme under the SBI Foundation–LEAP: GramPro Initiative, bring together 100+ participants and stakeholders.

The programme commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Vinod Kumar, Principal Scientist, ICAR-NRCL, followed by deliberations with Shri Ankit Kumar, Scientist, and Dr. Abhay Kumar-NRCL.

A glimpse of the SBI Foundation – LEAP: GramPro Initiative programme organized by Incubation Centre IIT Patna, bringing together 90+ micro-enterprises and entrepreneurs for an engaging and interactive session focused on business growth.

The session provided an opportunity to interact directly with entrepreneurs and farmers, understand their businesses, products and challenges, and discuss practical ways to help them grow.

Many entrepreneurs brought their own products for display and discussion. The interaction focused on how their products could be improved through better packaging, branding and marketing, along with ideas for product modification, scaling the business and creating better networking and market opportunities.
