Globsyn Business School – India’s first Corporate B-School with a legacy of 25 years – offers PGDM, MBA (Global), and PGDM – Business Analytics, complemented by hands-on training and summer internships. What started with a cohort of 40 bright young minds in a small 10,000 sqft building has now flourished into a sprawling 8-acre AICTE-approved campus nestled amidst verdant surroundings on the outskirts of Kolkata. To provide in-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, analytical concepts, techniques, and their applications in improving business decisions, Globsyn Business School invited Mr. Kuldeep Tiwari, Consultant – Data Science & AI, KPMG India, who delivered several subject lectures as part of the PGDM – Business Analytics course curriculum for the students of Batch 2025-27. 🎓📊

In today’s Corporate Connect session 💼, Mr. Jitendra Kumar, Company Secretary & President – Legal & Corporate Affairs, Exide Industries Limited, spoke to the students on ‘Corporate Governance – Regulatory Requirement & How it is Practiced in Indian Context’. 📘 He highlighted the importance of governance across organizations, the role of the Board of Directors, and the need for strong practices such as whistle-blower policies. Drawing on the Satyam corporate fraud case, he also offered practical insights into shares, dividends, debentures, and the Indian regulatory framework. ⚖️📊
