On 20th September, Pragati brought the IIM Bodh Gaya campus together for our Blood Donation Drive, where every drop became an act of courage, compassion and kindness.

No grand gestures, just people choosing to show up for people they may never meet.

Because sometimes, making a difference is as simple as giving a part of yourself to help someone else.

Across five beautiful days, Bappa became a part of our campus, bringing moments of faith and fervour. The event also brought out the joyous spirit of our student community, with cultural performances and festivities that made the occasion even more beautiful . ✨

And as we came together for Visarjan, we bid Him farewell with grateful hearts, carrying His blessings and the remembrances of these beautiful days with us.

The sixth edition of IIM Bodh Gaya’s annual management conclave centred on the theme “Reimagining Work: Talent, Leadership and Performance in an AI-Driven World.”

Bringing together industry leaders, HR professionals, academicians and students, the conclave explored talent, employability, leadership, AI-driven transformation and the role of human judgement in shaping the workplace of tomorrow.
