Daily Life Stress leading to prolonged chronic stress(Depression) is not a taboo anymore and exist in the Society since time immemorial..

It needs to be dealt with effectively and in a World to which we belong where everyone's busy with there own personal life,dilemma & situations,stress easily acquires its home in our minds..

Stress building to depression,disrupts a person's Social Functioning and makes him/her realise that they are burden on self and others..

The burden built in mind can only be treated if we've some time for the ones who need it,to bother asking them about it again & again until they feel free to share & release there stress..

Psychiatrist plays an important part in bringing the person back to life & enhance there functioning, hence parents and society needs to understand that taking their wards to a doctor to deal with Mental Stress is not a matter of shame and it needs effective intervention which can only be treated by doctors sometimes..

Do observe the behavior of your friends, colleagues and help them as often as you can,support them as much as they need it,because you never know how much it can mean to someone to bring a Godly human back to LIFE!!
