Panjab University, Chandigarh, in association with the Panjab University Alumni Association (PUAA), released its Table Calendar 2026, titled “Soulful Reflections: Celebrating the Spirit and Heritage of Panjab University.”
The calendar was formally released by PU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Renu Vig, Registrar Prof. Y. P. Verma, Dean Alumni Relations Prof. Latika Sharma, Dr. Gaurav Gaur, Centre for Social Work, and Dr. Jaspreet Kaur, Department of Botany, Panjab University.
The calendar beautifully captures the living spirit of the campus through soulful photographs and thoughtful design, reflecting the rich academic, cultural, and emotional heritage of Panjab University. Published in association with PUAA, the calendar is a visual tribute to the University’s legacy and enduring values.
In her message, Prof. Renu Vig, Vice-Chancellor, described the calendar as a reflection of Panjab University’s enduring values, collective memory, and commitment to excellence, noting that it celebrates not only physical spaces but also the soul of the University shaped by generations of scholars and students.
Registrar Prof. Y. P. Verma stated that the calendar mirrors the University’s institutional integrity, traditions, and shared responsibility, which have sustained Panjab University’s legacy over decades.
The visual narratives in the calendar, created by Dr. Gaurav Gaur and Dr. Jaspreet Kaur, reflect their deep emotional connection with Panjab University. The photographs demonstrate a keen eye for detail, light, and composition, sensitively capturing both the grandeur and subtle, soulful moments of campus life. The elegant layout and thematic coherence of the calendar reflect the creative and aesthetic vision of Dr. Jaspreet Kaur, who has woven images and reflections into a refined visual journey.
