Business Development Officer Jobs
• Prospecting, Visiting, interaction and Liaisoning with Architects and Consultants, Project Officers and Clients dealing in Civil Construction Projects and related fields primarily in Chandigarh Tricity & surrounding Districts and secondarily in North India.
• Planning & Prospecting through all channels of information whatsoever for new and existing Clients and meeting them for generating Work Orders for Civil Construction works and Construction Materials.
• Generating and securing Works Orders from Prospect Clients for Civil Construction Works and Construction Materials for the Company, including understanding their requirements, making technical presentations and preparing and submitting commercial Proposals after discussion with Authorized Officers of the Company, negotiating and finalization of Work Orders on mutually agreed Terms and Conditions.
• Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers, administering client Accounts including recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Preparing reports for Head office as required, attending meetings, supporting and coordinating with Office towards promotion of common interests of Business of the Company.
• Achieving and exceeding Prospecting & Sales targets regularly in stipulated time frame as planned and communicated
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Any other tasks assigned towards achievement of Sales & Marketing Objectives
Eligibility: Education: Diploma / Graduation in Civil Engineering and knowledge about Computer basics and digital marketing platforms ; Language – English, Hindi, Punjabi ( speaking and writing ); Experience – Min. 5 years in Sales / Marketing of Construction Projects or Materials to Architects & Consultants, Projects and Individual Clients ; Must have worked in Chandigarh and around for at least 02 years ( Network with Architects & Consultants is necessary.)
