Bhansali English Medium School organized a ' on 4th June 2026. The session was conducted by Dr. Neeraja Prasad Gangaraju, who served as the resource person for the program. The topic of the session was "Teachers as Learners."
A total of 40 teachers participated in the training session. Dr. Gangaraju emphasized the importance of continuous learning and professional growth among educators. She highlighted how teachers must remain lifelong learners to adapt to changing educational practices, technological advancements, and the diverse needs of students. Through interactive discussions and practical examples, she encouraged teachers to cultivate curiosity, reflect on their teaching practices, and engage in ongoing professional development.
The session was informative, engaging, and inspiring, motivating teachers to embrace a growth mindset in their personal and professional journeys.
The training session proved highly beneficial and reinforced the belief that effective teachers are lifelong learners who continuously strive for growth and excellence.

The Departments of & Manufacturing and & Decoration successfully conducted the & Crafts at Gajanan Computer, Lasalgaon.
▪️Workshop Activity:
1. During the workshop, students learned various creative skills such as Hand Printing, Drawing & Sketching
2. Students actively participated in all activities with great enthusiasm and creativity.
3. Each session was conducted with proper guidance and hands-on practice by faculty members.
4. Students were also guided about career opportunities in Fashion Designing, Interior Design, and Creative Fields after 10th and 12th.
