आधुनिक उपकरणों तथा दक्ष अनुभवी प्रशिक्षको द्वारा प्रशिक्षण देकर एवं अनेक तकनीकि विद्दाओं में पारंगत कर अपने देश के औद्दोगिक क्षेत्रों में विकाश करने हेतु तथा उन्हें स्वांवलम्बी बनाने के उद्देशयों को पुरा करने को संकल्पित है | अपने स्थापना काल से प्रति वर्ष सफलता के स्वर्णिम सोपान तय कर रहा है |
