The Department of explored this question through a guest lecture by Mr. Venkataramanan KS, Director – Consulting, Cognizant.

The session covered AI’s growing role in education, personalised learning and future careers, while encouraging students to think critically about the information AI provides.

A remarkable recognition for a remarkable journey.

Prof. S. K. Bhattacharyya, Founding Vice Chancellor, Shiv Nadar University Chennai, has been honoured with the Distinguished Alumnus Award by IIT Kharagpur on the Institute’s Foundation Day, 18 August.

The honour celebrates a distinguished career marked by academic leadership, research and lasting contributions to engineering.

The award was presented by the Director and Chairman, ISRO.

SNUC congratulates Prof. Bhattacharyya on this well-deserved recognition.
