Abhiyaan's electronics module can be called the powerhouse of the team as it gives life to our vehicles by interfacing the hardware with software.

From power distribution to designing splendid PCBs and creating a wide network of interconnected modules, making a way to monitor the driver and the batteries to even making a fully functional UI to control and monitor the bots, the module takes care of a wide range of tasks.

We are proud to announce that Abhiyaan is collaborating with ExTem(Extra-terrestrial Manufacturing) research group at IITM for a new project to build an unmanned drilling unit-integrated Martian rover that can autonomously drill upto a depth of 1ft on Mars surface and collect samples. The rover acronymed as MACRo(Martian Autonomous Core-sampling Rover) will be designed to be able to withstand Martian conditions and will be equipped with adequate sensors to collect real-time data so as to avoid getting stuck and ensure a smooth drilling. The first prototype is expected to be ready by March 2022. Watch out this page for further updates regarding the project.

Hackathon-2 tasks in the simulated environment were a great learning experience for the team

Task-1 was to complete one lap around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway track in the quickest time with vehicle's top speed capped

Task-2 was to tackle an evasive maneuver of the traffic vehicles in the least time
