The course is aimed at developing the skills, knowledge and attitude of the participants for the purpose of equipping them to handle their managerial responsibilities effectively. The online format enables them to do the course even while they are working. The specific objectives are:

Course Format
Nomenclature - Executive Programme in Christian Management (EPCM)
Duration – One year - 12 courses (3 credits each) to be offered one each in a month. Course Design
Each course have 4 units with many sub topics under each unit. Study material and Powerpoint slides are developed for each course. There are short introductory videos for each sub topic (5 – 10 per unit). The participants can do the course, using their Desktop, Laptop, Tab or even Smartphone. Thus the eligibility to join the course is Graduation in any subject including theology. However, Non Graduates with 2 years of ministry experience with fluency in English could also be admitted to the course. COURSE FEE:
The course fee is Rs. 12,000 ($400 for overseas) for the 1 year study programme which needs to be submitted at the time of enrolment. If the participants who have successfully completed the course, require the hard copy of the study material, they could get it at an additional cost of Rs. 4000, after the course is over.
