We are pleased to announce that Sairam IM organized the 13th International Conference on Technology and Management for Sustainable Development (ICTMSD26), with technical sponsorship from IEEE, held on February 6th and 7th, 2026. The conference was inaugurated by Mr. Shivaprakash Veeresh Buddy IRS, Additional Commissioner of Customs. Prof. Dr. Udaya Mohan Devadas of Keleniya University, Sri Lanka, gave the keynote address, and Prof. Amiya Bhamik, President of Lincoln University College, Malaysia, attended as the Guest of Honour. The conference convened around 400 participants, comprising scholars, faculty members, students, and corporate executives, to share research findings and experiences.

I am delighted to announce that Sairam IM, Sri Sairam Engineering College successfully hosted the 13th International Pre-conference workshop on Technology and Management for Sustainable Development on February 4, 2026. On this great occasion, Mr. Manfred Schindler, Vice President of IEEE (TAB) USA, inaugurated the workshop and delivered an address to the students.Besides , Mr. Amity Kumar from the IEEE Conference Technical Program Integrity Committee inspired young minds to develop their skills.

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell.Sri Sairam Engineering College and School of Management successfully hosted a brainstorming session on Entrepreneurship and startup Road Maps for Engineering and Management students on February 2, 2026, at the VRR Hall, where Mr. V T Shiva, MD of RC ALL TECH Power System (P) Ltd, Hyderabad, inspired young minds to venture into startups.

It is with great pleasure that I share the news that the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of Sairam Engineering College organized a Rural Entrepreneurship Awareness program for foreign delegates on January 28, 2026. Around 20 participants from various countries, including Mauritius, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, Rwanda, Laos, Tajikistan, and others, attended the event. Mr. Selvam, Co-Founder of GTS Tools Plast LLP, TIEM, was our esteemed guest speaker.

A seminar on the New Labour Codes 2025 was hosted by Sairam IM on 26th November 2025. Dr. Ramakrishnan, Deputy General Manager of HR at Parlay Agro Private Ltd., addressed the attendees on this current topic introduced by the Government of India.
