Recently pitched my latest ideas on public speaking during the Induction Training Programme for the newly admitted first-year students of Hooghly Engineering & Technology College. I designed this presentation with an unconventional approach that aligns with the funky theme titled “Anybody Can Speak.” The title reminds me of the Bollywood movie "Anybody Can Dance", which I watched at Roxy Talkies in Esplanade back in 2013. I guess that was my first experience of watching a 3D film in a theatre.

Anyway, the adoption of this filmy title, with a slight modification, primarily stemmed from my deep conviction that speaking is a fundamental right and that anybody can do it, with language merely serving as a tool and nothing more.

Had a wonderful time today at Serampore Union Institution (H.S.) as the Chief Resource Person for a Career Awareness Seminar.

Prof. Dipanwita Biswas beautifully initiated the seminar by providing a brief overview before I took over the main session. It was truly a pleasure interacting with the students of Classes XI and XII, sharing insights on higher education, career options, and how they can prepare for the future.

My sincere thanks to all the teachers and the entire school administration for their warm hospitality.

Hosting shows is one thing that is very close to my heart - an activity that makes me feel confident and keeps me going. And I’m fortunate enough that my workplace, HETC, offers me the opportunity to host events throughout the year.
