life is change and as we have now entered an era of rapid changes, the imperatives and non-negotiable facets are the following:
SUSTAINMENT
a. The core values are essential for us to weather the changes. It is the guiding spirit of out endeavor- our conscience- we need to sustain it and nurture it. Whilst we will compete, we will do so in light of this. Our mission demands that we become a lead school in India. It is an imperative. We are thus bound to pursue excellence and indeed keep the tempo going. This drive has to be sustained. The unwritten mandate of the mission and vision is that of relationships. Be it global outlook, industry readiness, raising the bar-- any element can be nurtured mainly by, developing, nurturing and sustaining the valuable relationships we have built. TRANSFORMATION
Only constancy in life is change and as we have now entered an era of rapid change. Reflecting on our mission and vision, we are as trustees of the Brand, charged with empowering our student stakeholders with global outlook and industry readiness and must endeavor to raise the bar in management education and innovate. In this context, institutional agility is a sin-qua-non and we engage is a proactive transformation not a reactive one- we transform the process, we review and preview all what we do and ensure currency and enabled value to our stakeholders. The changes may be cosmetic, functional, asset based at on level, true transformation will be in the arena of instructions, professional development and research and changing to meet stakeholders needs – change for the sake of agility and enhancing values , not for the sake of change. TRANSCENDENCE
The state of excelling or surpassing or going beyond usual limits
The logical step is how we build on what we have sustained and after our transformation. Our commitment is simple. Our vision does not say how high the bar is what it should be and rightly so since it confirms excellence is a journey and not a destination.
