The talented interns from the various Centre of Excellence showcased their creative solutions to the Industrial problems. The students demonstrated their innovative skills and the problem-solving ability to the experts from Industries. The Industrial Visit to L.G. Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd. (LGB), Kovilpalayam Plant, was organized on March 18, 2026, as part of the Industry–Academia collaboration initiative. Around 30 Mechanical Engineering and 12 ECE students participated in the visit.

JIT IIC, in association with Jansons Create Forum, successfully organized Thiran 4.0, an intra-institutional business plan pitching competition, on the 24th and 25th of March 2026. The event served as a vibrant platform for budding entrepreneurs to showcase their creativity and innovation.

Students enthusiastically presented their prototypes before a distinguished panel of judges, demonstrating their technical expertise and their creative spirit. Each prototype was thoughtfully evaluated based on originality, feasibility, and impact.
