The Institute Innovation Council (IIC) organized a session, "Entrepreneurship and Innovation as a Career Opportunity," on 25th October 2024, aimed at inspiring third- and fourth-year students to explore entrepreneurship. The event featured a keynote address by Dr. Prabakaran S., EDC coordinator, highlighted insights into the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, innovation, and essential career skills. With around 175 students participated, the session left a lasting impact, fostering a strong culture of innovation and encouraging students to consider entrepreneurship as a promising career path.

We are Happy to share the outstanding achievements of our alumnus, *Mohammad Thabsheer*, from the 2017-2021 batch of the ECE department at *CMS College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore.*

Mohammad has been making waves at UST Global Services, where he joined the Elevance production database support team in April 2023. His rapid adaptation and exceptional performance as an L1 DBA have earned him the prestigious *Super Star Award*. His dedication, proactive approach, and collaborative spirit have set a new benchmark for excellence.

Within just a year, Mohammad’s consistent top performance in resolving RITM requests has led to his consideration for an elevation to the L2 role, a milestone typically achieved in a minimum of three years. This recognition speaks volumes about his passion for work and his ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
