The manufacturing sector is the most volatile in terms of innovation and Efficiency. The books that any Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineers come across are even more outdated. Although it sticks the basic Engineering to the students, there is large gap between the industrial scenario and the academics. This workshop will bridge the gap between Students and actual industrial scenario. Welding is a metal joining process that compiles the importance in almost all engineering sectors. The students attending the workshop can get a thorough understanding of actual welding processes capabilities, the recent trends in welding technology, Inspections of weldments, and many interesting topics involved in application of welding process. These projects focus on the application and use of technology in practical orientation rather than their theoretical aspects so that a person can grasp the concepts well. This workshop is more industrially oriented, since the Spokesperson are the authorised faculties from Indian Welding Society and Indian Welding Research Institute (BHEL) which is an highlighting feature to give the insight of the real industrial scenario. Not as like many institutional workshops, this workshop is specialized with the direct interaction for the students with the faculties of such a great industrial Exposures. The students will be certified with the participation in industrial workshop along with the signature of Authorised faculties.
