ISM has drawn faculty members from institutes like Harvard Business School, IIMs, IITs, TISS and other eminent B-schools. The second step has been to setting up of curriculum which is relevant and specifically caters to the requirements of industries. The key reason behind opting for PGDM, rather than university MBA, was the flexibility that we get in case of former in terms of designing the curriculum. The third step has been setting up of quality infrastructure which can support envisioned system of learning. ISM has 2.5 acres State-of-the-art campus located amidst green surroundings close to Patna. The campus has amphitheatre classrooms and auditorium with advanced audio-visual aids to enhance the learning experience. The college also boasts of a library named after noted nuclear scientist and Ex-President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
