*ACME 2K25* - The MBA Orientation & Inauguration ceremony began with a graceful inauguration by our esteemed dignitaries, followed by the auspicious lighting of the lamp that marked a fresh beginning filled with knowledge and hope.
The ceremony opened on a soulful note with a prayer song by Mr. Sharan Sir L M, Faculty,RGICM setting a serene and positive atmosphere.
This was followed by a warm and heartfelt Welcome Speech by Dr. Kavitha H,Dean, RIMS setting an inspiring tone for the day.
Our respected President, Ms. Shweta R Gandhi, delivered a powerful Presidential Address that filled the hall with motivation and purpose.

Next, Director Shri D.K. Mahesh Kumar shared insightful thoughts on industrial exposure and the importance of real-world learning in shaping managerial excellence.

Continuing the academic momentum, Dr. Kavitha H presented the academic outline and semester plan, giving students a clear roadmap of expectations and milestones.

Coordinator Sunil Kumar C then highlighted the essential skill sets required for future managers, encouraging students to combine competence with commitment.

The program moved forward with all our faculties introducing their subjects, sparking curiosity, clarity, and excitement for the learning journey ahead.

The formal session concluded on a warm note with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Coordinator Sunil Kumar C.

Finally, the day wrapped up with energising management games, bringing teamwork, strategy, and fun together — a perfect end to a promising new beginning.
