Unfortunately till 1962, there was no institution to provide higher education in the surrounding of Degloor. People had to go to away places like Hyderabad, Pune , Aurangabad etc. for even basic degree courses . Naturally higher education remained a p

rivilege of very few well to do people and many constitutes of the society like farmers , workers & backward communities like SC, ST etc were deprived of higher education. People like Late Shri.N.R.Chidrawar , Late Shri. Poshettiji Ungratwar , Shri.Ganpatrao Mujlamkar who were tried to these backward situation & who had a concern for total upliftment of people in the surroundings took initiative in this direction by establishing Adat Vyapari Education Society’s Degloor College , Degloor. Situated on a beautiful campus of more than 22 Acres on the Degloor-Bidar Highway Degloor College is now a premier education institution in Nanded District. Apart from providing quality education in their respective subjects the college provides all facilities to the students for building their character. The college now runs degree courses in Arts, Science, Commerce, Computer Science & P.G. Courses in Marathi, Hindi, History, Public Administration, and Political Science & Chemistry. The Management , Principal & Staff members are committed to their aim of building youth generation having strong knowledge base , character & concern for down towards people in the society. Hence scheme such as N.C.C. , N.S.S. , Distance Education & Open University Center , Soft Skill Communication & Personality development Course play an important role in character building & so it is our endeavor to provide maximum sports facilities to our students . महाराष्ट्र तत्त्वज्ञान परिषद व डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर कला,विज्ञान व वाणिज्य महाविद्यालय, माहाड जि.रायगड येथील झालेल्या तत्तवज्ञान परिषदेच्या ३६ व्या अधिवेशनात "खुल्या निबंध" स्पर्धेत देगलूर महाविद्यालय देगलूरची कु.वैशाली दाणेकर या अकरावी कला शाखाच्या विद्यार्थीनीने गुरूनानक देवजींच्या"सेवा धर्म व संगत"या तत्त्वज्ञानाचे सामाजिक योगदान या विषयावर निबंध स्पर्धेत तृतीय क्रमांक पटकावला. तसेच अकरावी कला शाखेच्या कु.दिव्या अक्यमवार आणि कु.दिव्या जाधव या दोन विद्यार्थीनीने आचार्य विनोबा भावे:- 'जीवन व कार्य 'या विषयावर निबंध स्पर्धेत उत्तेजनार्थ पारितोषिक मिळाले आहे.आणि या सर्व स्पर्धकांना प्रा.धनराज लझडे यांनी मार्गदर्शन केले आहे. तसेच त्यांनी परिषदेत शोधनिबंधाचे वाचन केले आहे. त्याबद्दल धनराज लझडे व विद्यार्थ्यीनींचा सत्कार करताना महाविद्यालयाचे प्राचार्य डॉ.मोहन खताळ सर, उपप्राचार्य डॉ.अनिल चिद्रवार सर, तत्तवज्ञान विभागप्रमुख डॉ.संजय पाटील सर, कमविचे उपप्राचार्य गोविंदवार सर,पर्येक्षक प्रा. कुमठेकर सर, डॉ.पोकलवार सर, डॉ.विनय भोगले, मनोज साखरे उपस्थित होते. व इतर शिक्षक व शिक्षकेत्तरकर्मचारी वर्गाने विद्यार्थीनी यांचे अभिनंदन केले..........🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

दि.08 डिसेंबर 2018 रोजी स्वामी रामानंद तीर्थ मराठवाडा विद्यापीठ नांदेड व स्वामी विवेकानंद महाविद्यालय,शिरूर ताजबंद यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने आयोजित विद्यापीठीय आंतर विभागीय बॉल बॅडमिंटन स्पर्धेत देगलूर महाविद्यालयस द्वितीय पारितोषिक प्राप्त झाले आहे.या संघाचे प्रशिक्षक म्हणून डॉ.निरजकुमार उपलंचवार यांचे मार्गदर्शन लाभले असून या संघात प्रतिनिधित्व करणारे देगलूर महाविद्यालयतील खेळाडू *महेश भिंगेवार,अश्वजीत वाघमारे,तिम्मलवार कृष्णा,शेख अब्दुल जब्बार व मठवाले मन्मथ * यांनी संघाचे प्रतिनिधित्व केले आहे.या संघातील दोन खेळाडू *महेश भिंगेवार व अश्वजीत वाघमारे हे अखिल भारतीय अंतर विद्यापीठीय बॉल बॅडमिंटन स्पर्धा एस.आर.एम. विद्यापीठ,चिन्नई* येथे दि.12/12/18 पासून होणाऱ्या स्पर्धेत यांची स्वामी रामानंद तीर्थ विद्यापीठ बॉल बॅडमिंटन संघात निवड झाली आहे त्याबद्दल या प्रसंगी प्राचार्य डॉ.प्रकाश कद्रेकर,उपप्राचार्य डॉ.अनिल चिद्रावार,व संस्थेचे अध्यक्ष प्रकाश पाटील बेंबरेकर सचिव शशिकांत सेठ चिद्रावार उपाध्यक्ष नारायणराव मैलागीरे सहसचिव सुर्यकांत नारलावार,कोषाध्यक्ष विलाससेठ तोटावार संचालक गंगाधरराव जोशी. राजूसेठ महाजन,देवेंद्रसेठ मोतेवार ,जनार्दन चिद्रावार,रवींद्र अप्पा द्याडे. यांनी सर्व खेळाडू व प्रशिक्षकांचे अभिनंदन केले आहे.
