📍 रास बिहारी बोस सुभारती विश्वविद्यालय, देहरादून

विश्वविद्यालय में पंचशील परिचर्चा का सफल आयोजन किया गया, जो न्यासी डॉ. अतुल कृष्ण के संरक्षण में संपन्न हुआ। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मुख्य वक्ता श्री सचिन श्रीनारायण (OSD to Registrar) द्वारा दीप प्रज्ज्वलन के साथ किया गया।

अपने विचारों में उन्होंने मातृभाषा हिंदी के महत्व पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि हमें अपनी भाषा का सम्मान और सही अध्ययन करना चाहिए।

इस अवसर पर फार्मेसी छात्र मोहम्मद सिराज ने अपने विचार साझा किए। भिक्षुणी कुसलासरी द्वारा धम्मपद पाठ एवं डॉ. नीलिमा चौहान द्वारा ध्यान प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।

कार्यक्रम में अनेक गणमान्य अतिथि एवं छात्र-छात्राएं उपस्थित रहे। अंत में सामूहिक भोजन के साथ कार्यक्रम का समापन हुआ।

🌼 रास बिहारी बोस सुभारती विश्वविद्यालय, देहरादून में पंचशील परिचर्चा का सफल आयोजन 🌼

रास बिहारी बोस सुभारती विश्वविद्यालय, देहरादून में पंचशील विषय पर एक ज्ञानवर्धक परिचर्चा का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मुख्य वक्ता श्री दिव्यांश द्वारा दीप प्रज्ज्वलन के साथ हुआ।

उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में ध्यान को भगवान बुद्ध की एक वैज्ञानिक तकनीक बताते हुए कहा कि यह मानसिक शक्ति और कार्य क्षमता को बढ़ाने में सहायक है। साथ ही छात्रों को सकारात्मक सोच अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

इस दौरान धम्मपद पाठ एवं ध्यान विधि का प्रशिक्षण डॉ. नीलिमा चौहान द्वारा दिया गया। छात्र-छात्राओं ने भी अपने विचार साझा किए।

कार्यक्रम का समापन सामूहिक भोजन के साथ हुआ।
