On 16th October 1994, during the Vijay Yatra of His Holiness, The Jagadguru Shankaracharya of Sringeri had visualized the establishment of an institute which should run management programmes to be grounded on Indian ethos and values. The product ( passed out students) of this institute should transform the business and corporate world ethics, indian culture, values and spirituality. Accordingly t
he establishment of the institute was taken place on 11th May, 1996 and finally was brought under the formal and statutory organizational structure of Sri SIIM Foundation, with the divine blessings of H.H. Sri Sri Jagadguru Bharathi Teertha Mahaswamiji, Shankaracharya of Sringeri. Sri SIIM Foundation, the umbrella body of the institute, is a philanthropic trust established under the Trust Act 1860, dedicated to service of mankind for educational and social upliftment, human excellence and holistic development of quality and life.
