Profile- Global IT Lead Analyst

Job description:-
1) Well versed with IT Service Desk in a captive / outsourcing environment
2) Well versed with handling customers over voice, chat and email
3) Good in Customer service management
4) Well versed with Ring Central
5) Should have Reporting capabilities
6) Understanding of ITSM framework (preferred)
7) Experience in Service Desk environment (preferred)
Mandatory Skills Needed
1) 2-3 + years experience in working over CRM tools Remedy.
2) Should have knowledge on Desktop, laptop troubleshooting
3) File/folder permission in windows server
4) Basic knowledge of network (private/public IPs)
5) Well versed with MS office, Adobe, remote installations, VPN, AD account creation.
6) Basic knowledge of skype for business, Share-point, OneDrive,
7) Should know client side troubleshooting on O365 login issues, local outlook client connectivity issues,
8) Knowledge on yammer (not mandatory)
9) Basic phone support or remote login troubleshooting and triage/escalation to onsite support.
10) Excellent written and spoken communication skills
