Department of Commerce, Ramanujan College is organizing a two week Online Faculty Development Program on Research Methodology: A Learning Journey from Bivariate Techniques to Multivariate Techniques from 10th December, 2020 to 23rd December, 2020 under PMMMNMTT SCHEME OF MOE & TEACHING LEARNING CENTRES (TLCS).
The FDP is useful for participants seeking promotions under the 7th CPC from AL 10 to AL 11, AL 11 to AL 12, and AL 12 to AL 13.

We are immensely elated to announce that the Teaching Learning Centre (TLC) of Ramanujan College, University of Delhi is organising 'Induction Training Programme' for Faculty Members in Universities/Colleges/Institutes of Higher Education'. The induction programme is being organised from 9th April to 5th May, 2018 in the premises of Ramanujan College. TLC has been created at select organizations of India by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India under its scheme PMMMNMTT (Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching).

Newly recruited faculty members (regular/adhoc/temporary) who are in their initial years of teaching profession are eligible to apply for this programme. The programme aims to familiarize and orient them on generic aspects of teaching-learning and equip them with knowledge of university governance and administration.

Accommodation will be provided on sharing basis to outstation participants. The outstation participants will be reimbursed with the Air fare or 2-AC train travel, whichever is cheaper. A nominal amount as 'Registration Fee' of Rs. 1000 (without accommodation) and Rs. 3000 (with accommodation including food expenses) will be charged for the entire duration of the programme.

Only limited seats are available. Kindly register yourself on or before 30th March,2018. Confirmation to the selected participants would be sent by 2nd April, 2018.

Note: As per the decision by a Group of Secretaries, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Central Government, Induction Training Programme is expected to become a mandatory training programme for newly inducted college teachers.
