College offers numerous departmental and cultural societies which celebrates the talents of students while motivating them for excellence. The college also has a Placement Cell for providing Placements & Internships to students being our highest package of 36.5 LPA, also providing employment opportunities to the graduating students through campus recruitments to the best of National and International Organizations. 🇮🇳 आजादी का जश्न, देश के नाम एक संकल्प! 🇮🇳✨

पी.जी.डी.ए.वी. कॉलेज, दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में 80वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस का समारोह देशभक्ति, उत्साह और गर्व के साथ मनाया गया। तिरंगे की शान में सजा महाविद्यालय परिसर और राष्ट्रगान की गूंज ने पूरे वातावरण को देशप्रेम से भर दिया।

इस अवसर पर हमारे आदरणीय प्राचार्य प्रो. दरविंदर कुमार की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही। अपने प्रेरणादायी संबोधन के माध्यम से उन्होंने स्वतंत्रता के महत्व, राष्ट्र के प्रति हमारी जिम्मेदारियों और युवा पीढ़ी की भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला, विद्यार्थियों को देश की प्रगति और राष्ट्रनिर्माण में सक्रिय योगदान देने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

शिक्षकगण, कर्मचारीगण और विद्यार्थियों की उत्साहपूर्ण भागीदारी ने समारोह को और खास बनाया। एनसीसी कैडेट्स की अनुशासित प्रस्तुतियों, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों और विभिन्न गतिविधियों ने इस दिन की गरिमा और उत्साह को और बढ़ाया।

स्वतंत्रता हमें उन अनगिनत वीरों के त्याग और संघर्ष की याद दिलाती है, जिन्होंने देश के लिए अपना सर्वस्व समर्पित किया। आइए, उनकी विरासत से प्रेरणा लेते हुए एकता, जिम्मेदारी और राष्ट्रनिर्माण की भावना के साथ आगे बढ़ें।

✨ नई आशाओं, नए सपनों और अनंत संभावनाओं का स्वागत✨
पी.जी.डी.ए.वी. कॉलेज, दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में आयोजित ओरिएंटेशन कार्यक्रम में महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य प्रो. दरविंदर कुमार ने अपने प्रेरणादायी उद्बोधन में विद्यार्थियों का आत्मीय स्वागत करते हुए उन्हें जिज्ञासु, अनुशासित और उत्तरदायी शिक्षार्थी बनने का संदेश दिया। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को यह विश्वास दिलाया कि पी.जी.डी.ए.वी. कॉलेज केवल उच्च शिक्षा का संस्थान नहीं, बल्कि व्यक्तित्व निर्माण, नैतिक मूल्यों, नेतृत्व क्षमता और सामाजिक चेतना का सशक्त केंद्र है।
माननीय सर ने उद्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि कॉलेज जीवन केवल कक्षाओं और परीक्षाओं तक सीमित नहीं होता। यह वह समय है जब विचार आकार लेते हैं, व्यक्तित्व निखरता है और जीवन की दिशा तय होती है। पी.जी.डी.ए.वी. कॉलेज अपने विद्यार्थियों को केवल पाठ्यक्रम नहीं, बल्कि अवसर, अनुभव और अभिव्यक्ति का मंच देता है। यहाँ पुस्तकालय से लेकर प्रयोगशालाओं तक, खेल मैदानों से लेकर सांस्कृतिक मंचों तक - हर स्थान सीखने और स्वयं को पहचानने की एक नई संभावना बन जाता है।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान विद्यार्थियों को महाविद्यालय की शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों, विभिन्न समितियों एवं छात्र-संस्थाओं, सांस्कृतिक एवं खेल गतिविधियों तथा उपलब्ध विविध अवसरों से अवगत कराया गया। प्राध्यापकों एवं महाविद्यालय परिवार के साथ यह पहला संवाद नए विद्यार्थियों के लिए आत्मीयता, विश्वास और उत्साह से भरपूर रहा।

नवीन शैक्षणिक सत्र के शुभारंभ के अवसर पर आज पी.जी.डी.ए.वी. कॉलेज, दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में नवप्रवेशी विद्यार्थियों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य, महाविद्यालय की निरंतर प्रगति, समृद्धि एवं समस्त महाविद्यालय परिवार के कल्याण हेतु वैदिक हवन का आयोजन किया गया।

महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य प्रो. दरविंदर कुमार के मार्गदर्शन एवं प्रेरणा में संपन्न इस पावन अनुष्ठान में शिक्षकगण, कर्मचारी एवं विद्यार्थियों ने श्रद्धापूर्वक सहभागिता की। यज्ञ की प्रत्येक आहुति ज्ञान, संस्कार, अनुशासन, सकारात्मक ऊर्जा और उत्कृष्टता के संकल्प के साथ समर्पित की गई।
