Structure analysis: - Fundamental and conceptual Knowledge of the following Stress and strain, centroid and moment of inertia, bending moment and shear force, deflection of beams, fixed and continuous beam, column and struts, analysis of frame structure. Design of structure:- a. Steel structures - Tension member, compression member, simple beam, beam column, weld, rivet and bolt design. b. R.C.C structures :-Singly and doubly R/F beam, development length, curtailment of R/F, R/F @ confining zones, simple supported beam, cantilever beams, one and two way slab, axially loaded columns, combined direct and bending stresses, footings. NOTE = Additional knowledge for Indian standard codes i.e. IS 456,800,875(1 to 5), 8147 etc. 8. Geographical Information System (GIS) - Eligibility: Diploma /B-tech/ M-tech Civil - Duration 4 weeks. 9. Fire and Safety - Eligibility: 10+2/ Graduate -in 4 weeks. 10. AutoCAD ,2D& 3D - Eligibility: Minimum 10th - Duration 4 weeks. 11. SAP - Eligibility: 10+2/ Graduate, ITI / Diploma /B-tech/ M-tech - Duration 4 weeks. 12.
