South Asian University congratulates Dr. Khanindra Ch. Das from the Faculty of Management, SAU and co-authors on the publication of their research paper titled "Green Finance and Green Innovation Literature: A Hybrid Review and Future Research Agenda " in Journal of Economic Surveys, Wiley. (Indexed in Scopus Q1; ABDC-A).

This study provides a comprehensive overview of the academic literature surrounding green finance and green innovation, and advances six themes, using a hybrid methodology that combines bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review. Academic papers from 2019 to 2024 were taken from the Scopus database. The Theory–Context–Characteristics–Methodology (TCCM) framework was also employed to identify research gaps and organize future research directions.

Hon’ble President of South Asian University, Prof. K.K. Aggarwal, delivered an address to the august gathering at the 23rd Annual Day of Nepal Development Research Institute (NDRI) on the theme “Changing Landscape of Educational Philosophy and Learning Methods in the Digital Age” in Kathmandu, Nepal.

In his keynote address, he emphasized the need to move beyond traditional pedagogy and examination-oriented education toward a system that nurtures creativity, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and practical skills essential for the digital era.

The session concluded with a strong message on building a futuristic education system that empowers learners to adapt, innovate, and meaningfully contribute to society in this age of digital transformation.

South Asian University congratulates Dr. Vibhash Kumar, Faculty of Management, SAU and co-authors on the publication of their research paper titled "Team Motivation and Virtual Team Performance: A Multilevel Meta-Analytic Assessment" in Management Review Quarterly, Springer Nature. (Indexed in Scopus Q1; CiteScore 16.6; Impact Factor 9.0).

The paper synthesises 19 studies and 30 effect sizes through a three-level random-effects model, examining the motivation–performance link across nearly 16,681 virtual teams and offering important insights for distributed work, team design, and organisational practice in the digital age.
