The International Business Club – Bizintruders at JIMS Rohini hosted BIZBeyond, bringing together 16 PGDM teams for an immersive global business challenge.

Across three rounds, students explored global business through a quiz, PESTLE-based country analysis, and a crisis simulation involving trade negotiations, resource management and strategic decision-making.

The event concluded with strategic presentations evaluated by Dr. Sheetal Chaddha, Dr. Mansi Madan and Dr. Vikas Tyagi.

The HR Club, JIMS – Samanvay, organised DecodeX, an experiential learning event that challenged students to apply management and HR concepts to real-world workplace situations.

With 11 teams competing across two rounds, participants tackled management rapid-fire challenges and solved workplace dilemmas involving attrition, burnout, harassment, gender bias, conflict and flexible work.

Winners: People Pulse
1st Runner-up: Team Eternal
2nd Runner-up: Team Alpha

The event strengthened students’ analytical thinking, teamwork, communication and ethical decision-making skills.

The PGDM Retail Management Department at JIMS Rohini organised a guest lecture on Conflict Resolution, led by Dr. Manpreet Uppal, Head – Coaching Operations, EdMyst.

The session explored negotiation, active listening, effective communication and stakeholder management, highlighting the importance of understanding perspectives and interests to create mutually beneficial outcomes.

An interactive supplier–store manager negotiation activity helped students apply these concepts to a real-world business scenario.

The session connected classroom learning with practical skills for conflict management, negotiation and workplace relationships.

Investofin, the Finance Club of JIMS Rohini, organised Strategic Simulator 3.0 for students of PGDM, PGDM International Business and PGDM Retail Management.

With 12 teams of 5 members, the competition simulated real-time stock market dynamics through three progressively challenging rounds. Teams managed virtual capital, responded to fluctuating product prices, allocated resources and made strategic decisions to maximise returns.

When professional relationships become lasting partnerships, there is always a reason to celebrate.

On 26th September, JIMS Rohini brought together all valued corporate partners with their families at the Indian Habitat Centre, New Delhi, for our Annual Corporate Meet.

It was an evening to step away from the usual seminars and conclaves.
From meaningful conversations and networking to a lively stand-up comedy performance by by Mr. Parvinder Singh and dinner, the evening was all about connecting, unwinding and celebrating together.

It was also our opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to our long-standing industry partners for their continued trust, support and association with JIMS Rohini.
