The courses at NBA, Bachelors as well as Masters, are a perfect blend of theory and practicals, with special workshops conducted under the auspices of professional media persons. The Centre also offers
short-term courses in TV reporting, anchoring, photography, and video editing.
NBA has designed its curriculum in accordance with the ever-dynamic nature of the media. A group of well-qualified faculties, who carry rich on-field experience, trains students to face all the newsroom
challenges.
The institute emphasises the significance of a hands-on training program. Therefore, students, with the assistance of professionals, learn technicalities in a well-equipped TV studio, radio studio, PCR, MCR, editing suite etc.
Centre's News Broadcasting Team (NBT) produces news bulletins, feature programs, and documentaries, and the best of works get airtime on JAIN TV.
While the print module pivots on the regular production of newspapers and magazines, the radio vertical equips students with broadcast skills to create and compose feature programs for the audio
medium.
With the advent of social media and multimedia journalism, equal time and space are accorded to these modules, too. As part of digital marketing, the students are instructed about SEO, SMM, SMO, Analysis
etc.
Centre's media training and placement cell ensures that the students are given the best available opportunities to help them get a job easily. The NBA students have been previously placed at esteemed
media organisations such as NDTV, Fever 104 FM Whiteladder and Perfect Relations to name a few. Besides theoretical and practical knowledge, the NBA also encourages its students to participate in
programs on leading news channels such as News Nation, NDTV, India TV etc. where students get a sense of how a real news set up functions.
Other than that, seasonal celebrations are always welcomed at NBA Group of Institutions. Green Diwali, Streetplay, Desi tadka, Halloween etc. are some of the several events NBA conducts to keep the
students motivated.
Alongside a rigorous curriculum, NBA takes care of students' need to stay fit and healthy. Proper sports infrastructure is available on campus so as to help students avoid undue academic pressure.
