Teacher is foundation of all Education ,and thus the whole civilization of mankind ,present and future. No nation reconstruction is possible without the active cooperation of the teachers.
University of Delhi is all set to demote the current ad-hoc teachers to the position of guest teachers. Instead of empowering higher education ,university is giving more authority to the corporate bodies and that is clearly not in interest of public education.

The Department of Mathematics of Hindu College condemns the step taken by the University administration ,leaving thousand of ad-hoc professors bereft of certainty.
We stand in complete solidarity with DUTA and sincerely urge all the students to join the protest.
