A moment of learning, gratitude, and purpose: When research meets practice: Language becomes a career enabler in public service. 🌱
I am grateful to share that I presented my research paper, “Multilingual Proficiency and Career Mobility in Indian Public Administration: The Behavioural Dominance of Communication Competence,” at an International Conference hosted by Vikrant University, Gwalior, and was honoured with a Certificate and Medal.
This research reinforces what I observe closely while working with students:
👉 Language proficiency builds confidence, improves selection chances, and shapes careers in Government services in fields like Banking, Judiciary, Insurance, and Public Administration. Regional language skills are no longer optional—they are career-defining.
This recognition motivates me to continue guiding aspirants through:
✔ Language Proficiency Tests (LPTs)
✔ Interview-focused communication
✔ Psychological confidence-building through language
Grateful for the encouragement and academic dialogue.
