Eco greetings folks🌸

AVNI, The Eco Club of Gargi College conducted an Awareness Rally on the theme "Boycott the use of firecrackers in Diwali" in the college premises itself. Members showed good number of participation. It was a successful event which created a positive influence on students.

A Notice board was also put where students came and expressed in what way they wish to celebrate their Diwali this year.

Let's hope to evident more such beautiful days.🌷

On 19th of October, Zistatva marked its end along with a cleanliness drive conducted by AVNI members wherein our volunteers along with NSS volunteers enthusiastically participated towards collecting the garbage and making the college premises clean again.🌱🌸

AVNI conducted its first discussion for the session 2022-23 namely "Eco Baithak" on 6th October, 2022.

The theme for the same was "Contribution of Wildlife Tourism in protecting endangered species". The session was quite interactive and members participated actively. Let's hope for more such thoughtful sessions.🌸🌱

Our "General Body Meeting" for the session 2022-23 served an excellent opportunity to give farewell to the previous Union and introduce the new union, making newer members familiar with the Vision and Goals of AVNI.🌱

Today, on the occasion of World Ozone Day, AVNI-The Eco Club of Gargi College🌱 conducted "THE OZONE BUZZ", an intra-college quiz competition.✨

The ozone layer, a fragile sheild of gas, protects the Earth from the harmful portion of rays of the sun, thus helping preserve life on the planet. This year UN is observing the Ozone Day with the theme "Montreal Protocol@35" and the worldwide collaboration safeguarding life on earth is the topic for this year's World Ozone Day.🌷💚
