“All the world’s a stage,
And all the men and women merely players.”
— William Shakespeare
The spirit of storytelling and creativity came alive as our young performers presented Around the World in 80 Days, the timeless classic by Jules Verne, as part of The Big Little Actors Camp conducted during the Summer Break in collaboration with Felicity Theatre and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of classes I-IX.
The programme commenced with a floral tribute to the cherished memory of our beloved Founder Director Ma’am, Mrs. Anjali Aggarwal, whose enduring love for literature and the performing arts continues to inspire generations of learners.
Having immersed themselves in the magical world of theatre through weeks of dedicated training, the students captivated the audience with their expressive performances, remarkable stage presence, and unwavering confidence. Their portrayal of the adventurous tale reflected not only artistic excellence but also the values of teamwork, resilience, and imagination.
Principal Ma’am, Ms. Inderpreet Kaur Ahluwalia, congratulated the budding actors on their commendable performance and felicitated each participant with certificates in recognition of their dedication, enthusiasm, and theatrical accomplishments. She also appreciated the invaluable contributions of the mentors, parents, and organisers in making the initiative a truly enriching experience.
The event concluded on a celebratory note, leaving the audience inspired by the transformative power of theatre and the extraordinary talent of our young performers.
