A little jar. A lot of gratitude. 💛

What if gratitude could be bottled? Our ‘Frame of the Week’ captures a heartwarming moment as a student adds a gratitude note to the jar, turning a simple gesture into a celebration of thankfulness. A beautiful reminder that sometimes, the smallest notes can hold the biggest feelings and the simplest acts can brighten our day.

“The truest celebration of freedom is not in the flags we raise, but in the fearless minds we nurture, the compassionate hearts we shape, and the better India we build together.”

These timeless words echo the love, pride, and deep sense of belonging that millions of Indians carry in their hearts as we celebrate our 80th Independence Day.

The freedom we cherish today is a precious legacy, earned through the courage and sacrifices of countless men and women who dreamed of an India where all could live with dignity and hope. They gave us the freedom to dream and shape our destiny. But with this freedom comes an equally important responsibility—to preserve it, value it and use it wisely.

My dear students, a school not only prepares you for successful careers but also for responsible citizenship. In a world marked by uncertainty and conflict, education must give you more than knowledge. It must give you the courage to ask questions, the wisdom to think independently, and the determination to seek meaningful solutions to the problems around you.

You are the generation that will inherit the India we have built—and the generation that will decide what India becomes next. Use your freedom to learn, to innovate, to question and, above all, to contribute.

On this momentous occasion, I also extend my deepest gratitude to the brave men and women of our Armed Forces who stand unwaveringly at the frontiers of our nation. They protect us not because they hate those who stand against us, but because they love the millions of Indians who stand behind them. May their example inspire us to choose a life of service and dedicate our knowledge and skills to our nation’s progress.

Let us strive to build a nation where freedom is valued, diversity is celebrated, knowledge is cherished, and every citizen understands that the progress of our nation begins with the contribution of each one of us.

May we always have the courage to dream of a better India—and the commitment to turn that dream into reality.

Wishing you all a very Happy Independence Day!
Jai Hind!
